• Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or payment cannot be verified.

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by city and courier conditions.

• Sealed games and accessories can be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused.
• Consoles carry the warranty stated on the product page or invoice.
• Digital codes and redeem cards are non-refundable once delivered.
• Repair work carries a service warranty as communicated at the time of repair.
